  • The Night

Guys, sorry it is taking me so long to come back here. This #lockdown period has been busier for me than ever. Imagine the amount of trainings I have been involved in. Another one kicks in by 3pm! And that is without prejudice to the ones I have in the evening and the reading programme I have designed for myself, and my team for daily reading and self-development.

I am sending you this post to encourage someone. This is a period to keep hope alive. I rendered one of my poems on YouTube and just thought I should share it with you guys too. I assure you that you need to hear it. In this days of scary figures and hopelesslessness all around us, that little hope can give us so much motivation to keep moving on in our spirit. Many people are now complaining of hunger. Does this mean we should become careless with the way we do things? No. We should be more careful so that we do not let this #lockdown last more than necessary.

I met some of my staff that were supposed to be on lockdown at the office today and had to ask them why were they around and not maintaining social distance as instructed by the NCDC. There answer was that they had been staying at home but are very hungry with their family. When you get answers like this, you wonder what you will say. One had to put hand in the pocket and bring out your widow’s mite, of course. One will also like to appreciate those that have been at the forefront of philanthropic efforts to help the poor people around us, especially, those that their livelihood depends on daily labour. God bless you all.

Surprisingly, in the midst of this, we start hearing things like some sections of the country are the ones that should be given government palliative measures because they are poorer than some other parts. Which sensible government politicises the well being of its citizens if it wants them to respect and obey it. Anyway, my business here today is not to be dragged into that political shenanigans but to say clearly for all those suffering because of this #COVID19 situation, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Please, stay safe for the sake of your family. A little suffering of today is better than everyone getting sick and there is no one to bury the other. May God not let this be our portion in Nigeria in Jesus name. If herdsmen could not wipe you out and another means is being sort, must you cooperate for it to succeed? Let’s be wise.

The government really needs to do something about the salary issue. I am sure some people complaining now will manage well if their full salary is paid in full. The dubious activitities surrounding IPPIS slashing of salaries of Federal workers is a story for another day.

So, people, enjoy the poem and be encouraged by it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rI6AO0qD0-M&t=48s

  • Happy Resurrection Morning

It is so easy to forget the core of this event in the midst of the festivities.

However, everyone agrees that what the global village is going through right now actually gives us all a perspective never imagined before.

I can only say that this love we always took for granted is so grand that it is beyond description. Let’s bask in this uncanny love, even in the midst of our sober reflections.

I know some of us have to be away from our families because of our duties during this festive period. Many are even in the frontline, taking care of the sick. God in His infinite mercy preserves us all.

Please, let’s all continue to stay safe. This too shall pass in Jesus mighty name. #COVID19 #stayhome #staysafe #longrichprof

  • Making your Face Mask Safer

    Hello, everyone!

Hope we are keeping safe? This is very important, please.

So, I bring to us the good news of how you can make your facemask safer. It is an important thing we need to protect ourselves and our community.

We have heard all kinds of rumours, and these are rumours until there is smoking gun evidence to prove the contrary, that there are infected masks being given out to deliberately infect people with the #COVID19 virus. I will advise that we therefore make all the efforts to protect ourselves.

I bring to us today a product that can really help protect us from random infection, even if the powers that have decided to take face masks out of the reach of the ordinary people when this should actually be made available. We therefore advise that you watch the video in this link https://youtu.be/zj5TO3_6dUE and take action.

You can reach out to us to make order for yours. It is important that you approach us directly in order to be sure of what you get.
